Planning- initial ideas

Initially i created 2 different ideas that i was interested in producing. One of them was a short film and the other one was a music video. I decided on creating 2 different ideas in order for me to have a choice between them and then i would be able to get other peoples opinions of which one they prefer.
My first idea:

• For this idea i decided on a short film which explores the idea of autism and how it effects people. The short film follows a young child who suffers from autism the film highlights what troubles and scenarios that most effect someone with autism for example busy crowds and certain sounds. 
• The film also follows the childs reactions of these scenarios for example talking to themselves, being violent and being scared.
• The film is going to be set in a public area which is very familiar for example a shopping centre, a street or a park.

My second idea:

• For my second idea i was planning on doing a music video which follows a teenager whose mother has passed away and the video consists of her recalling the memories of her and her mother from when she was younger. 
• The audience doesn't know that her mother has passed away until the end when the shots capture her outfit and the setting which is at a graveyard.
• The music video will be set mostly in her bedroom with her lying on her bed and this then contrasts the happy memories she has of her mother playing and having fun.
